Competition and Camaraderie
I am a pickleball addict who just happens to be Deaf. The minute I picked up a pickleball paddle and hit my first ball, I fell in love! Naturally, I was hitting the ball all over the place and trying to figure out how to keep score at first. After playing a few games, I started to see how strategic and fun this game was, and never looked back.
I've played team sports all my life and pickleball was the first sport that fed my competitive need while simultaneously providing me lifelong friendships. In 2022, I became a sponsored athlete by Prolite, who is committed to inclusivity in pickleball.
I currently reside in Wisconsin with my wife and kids.
